Your Impact
As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a key role in driving positive change across our clinical teams. You will provide expert guidance and support to colleagues as they navigate this exciting new technology, ensuring seamless adoption and maximizing its benefits for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a network of digital champions and trainers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within our clinical teams.
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to a range of digital projects, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and best practices.
- Represent the Digital Nursing team in various forums, advocating for the needs of clinicians and promoting effective communication across departments.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs, empowering staff to confidently utilize new systems and workflows.
