Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Insight Select in Whitstable. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve queries and concerns
  • Assist with shipping information and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
  • Use company-approved shipping portals to book freight collections and monitor deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
