We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our dynamic People Team at RSM UK. As a key member of the team, you will provide a commercial HR service to our Tax service line, managing the HR service delivery and supporting all elements of the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide generalist HR advice in areas including partner support, line management development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection, wellbeing and absence support, appraisals, policies and procedures, and projects.
- Work closely with the Senior People Advisor and People Advisory Manager to strategically support a regional area of the business, working on engagement, sense of belonging, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the National People Team function with the opportunity to work on strategic national projects.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working at People Advisor level in a generalist role, with experience of investigating disciplinary and grievance cases, conducting redundancy and general consultations, and liaising with and managing stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
- Excellent organisational skills, excellent client service skills, and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about HR and committed to delivering exceptional HR services.
