At Recruitics, we're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our UK & Nordics sales team. As a remote worker, you'll have the opportunity to drive sales growth and share gain in assigned key accounts, leveraging your expertise in custom oligonucleotide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to promote IDT's full portfolio of custom oligonucleotide solutions across key application areas, including Next Generation Sequencing, Molecular Diagnostics, Synthetic Biology, and qPCR.
- Perform sales analysis and build forecast models based on product type/application for assigned key accounts.
- Establish relationships and develop stakeholder strategies with decision makers and C-Suite level stakeholders to maximize IDT's value proposition.
- Negotiate complex deals that meet customer needs while ensuring IDT profitability targets are achieved.
- A proven background in sales/business experience with a track record of top performance.
- Previous key accounts management experience with clear examples of winning deals and driving expansion at key accounts.
- Minimum a Master's degree in a Life Science related discipline; MBA or PhD is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate and speak to various genomics applications to top-tier customers, including qPCR, CRISPR, and NGS.
- Outstanding planning and organization skills with evidence of creating and executing successful account growth plans within life science.
- Strong CRM acumen; SFDC knowledge is preferred.
- Up to 50% travel in the UK and Nordic region.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- A remote work arrangement with flexibility and challenge.
