Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at Safejawz, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across our omni-channel business. This will involve coordinating marketing calendars, analyzing market trends, creating and managing territory-specific campaigns, and collaborating with the sales and operations team to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, trade, and marketplaces.
  • Marketing Function Development: Manage and build out the marketing function of the company, including managing outsourced agencies and freelancers.
  • Content Creation and Strategy: Strategize on content creation and align with company objectives and brand positioning.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Define KPIs for marketing campaigns and take campaigns from ideation through to analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: Proven experience in managing and running multi-channel campaigns, including digital, website, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Strong market research and analysis abilities, with a broad understanding of marketing functions required by an omni-channel business.
  • Content Creation and Copywriting: Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to strategize on content creation and align with company objectives and brand positioning.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a marketing function, preferably in the sports or retail industry.
