Aveda Beauty Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Aveda Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and contributing to the success of our store.

About the Role

  • Provide personalized and inspirational customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for each customer.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, their benefits, and their uses, to effectively educate and advise customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in in-store events, product launches, and other promotional activities to drive sales and engagement.

About You

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, with a passion for people and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience styling with hot tools is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
