The Role: Webflow Developer

We are seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our team and contribute to Flight Story's web development initiatives. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining responsive, visually appealing, and highly functional websites for our diverse clientele.

Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer, you will collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to bring creative visions to life, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of Webflow, coupled with a keen eye for design and user interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality websites using Webflow, ensuring responsiveness, user-friendliness, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate effectively with the design team to translate creative concepts into engaging web experiences.
  • Manage web projects from inception to launch, including timelines, resources, and client communication.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Webflow features, web design trends, and development best practices.
  • Implement modern development methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and code quality within the team.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
  • Engage with the wider Flight Story team, sharing knowledge and participating in company events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
  • Proficiency in Webflow, with solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Figma, Vercel, and other UI design tools is a plus.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively with clients and freelancers.
  • A good understanding of Web3 and immersive web technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for design, with experience in graphic design or animation being an added advantage.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
