Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our design team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our marketing materials, social media, and product interfaces. You will work closely with our design lead, developers, product managers, and marketing team to ensure that our designs are integrated effectively into the business.
Responsibilities:
- Create sleek and visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and branding materials that align with our company's identity and messaging.
- Develop design assets for marketing collateral, social media, and promotional materials.
- Create motion graphics to integrate into our products and marketing materials.
- Create marketing-facing sites and micro-sites in low-code tools (typically Webflow) that delivers design ideas directly into production.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and design patterns within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
- Work independently to deliver work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the design lead, developers, product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate design effectively into the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial visual design experience.
- Portfolio of work showcasing digital visual design experience.
- High proficiency in a motion graphics tool.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience working in a startup of less than 30 people.
- Ability to take responsibility for the outcome.
Nice-to-Have:
- Proficiency in Webflow.
- Familiarity with the web3 space, its UI/UX best practices, user friction points, and UX limitations.
- Commercial visual design experience with a web3 company.
