About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Strategy Director to join our team at Bompas & Parr Studio Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and growing our consultancy offering, developing innovative experience, design, and brand strategies for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic process and vision across all teams, driving creative excellence and innovation.
  • Business Development: Generate new leads for new business projects, working closely with the Client Services Director to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Content Generation: Oversee the company's content generation and strategy, ensuring pipelines are moving efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Project Management: Evaluate and refine project content, providing actionable insights to clients and ensuring all projects meet a high standard of creative strategy and ideation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director to generate world-first ideas, and collaborate with the Creative Strategist to plan and deliver bi-annual reports on future trends.
  • Client Relationships: Develop genuine and long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Resource Planning: Oversee resource planning across the studio, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support creative strategy project work.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience in a strategic role within an agency, preferably in a creative or experiential design agency.
  • Ability to unpack client briefs, understanding their commercial value and creatively pushing them to their fullest potential.
  • Ability to guide teams through a creative process, working quickly and efficiently to manage best ways forward.
  • Track record of creating engaging strategies and content for diverse brands and audiences.
