Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Network Plus Services. In this role, you will take charge of financial management for various projects, ensuring that all costs are meticulously controlled and that commercial strategies are effectively implemented. Your expertise will be vital in navigating all contractual obligations while identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract execution and financial reporting
  • Manage project timelines and cash flow projections
  • Supervise subcontractor performance and compliance
  • Draft and finalize subcontract agreements
  • Facilitate change management and value optimization
  • Evaluate and quantify variations and compensation claims
  • Participate in client consultations and collaborate with operational teams

Qualifications and Experience

  • Preferred degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with NEC4 contracts is advantageous
  • Background in the Utilities sector is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of NEC contract frameworks
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
