Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and care to individuals with mental health needs
- Assist with daily living tasks and activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Experience in a caring environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- Confidence to work alone and as part of a team
