The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Company Secretary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Company Secretary and assisting with various tasks related to company secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Company Secretary with incorporation of UK companies
  • Prepare inaugural board minutes and supporting documentation for review
  • Monitor annual statutory filings and ensure timely completion
  • Proactively deal with preparing and filing of CS01s
  • Maintain statutory records and update data management systems
  • Monitor the mailbox and proactively respond to emails
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a professional sector
  • Professional outlook, good work ethics, and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to helping colleagues and ensuring efficient teamworking
