Compass Associates, a leading UK specialist Health and Social Care Recruitment Consultancy, is partnering with a highly regarded small-scale care provider to find an experienced Home Manager/Deputy Manager for their care home in the North West of England.

The care home specializes in providing residential and dementia care for the elderly, and the successful candidate will be responsible for boosting occupancy, maintaining excellent staff management practices, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and empowerment to an exceptional team of carers
  • Ensure the home operates in strict accordance with CQC guidelines
  • Maintain a positive working environment and foster strong relationships with residents, staff, and external organizations

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Home/Deputy Manager in a residential and dementia care setting, with a proven track record of successfully managing care homes. They will possess strong leadership skills, inspiring the team to deliver the highest quality of care.
