About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care-at-Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Care-at-Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients
  • Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies
