Purosearch Ltd is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to oversee the management of a new 2-bed children's home. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing care services and driving teams towards achieving high levels of success.
This role is perfect for an experienced Registered Manager looking to take on a fresh challenge and lead a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of the home and ensure registration with Ofsted.
- Maintain exceptional care standards for children and young people.
The preferred candidate should have managerial experience in children's services dealing with complex needs and highly challenging behavior. Ideally, they should possess a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification in Children & Young People.
