You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 75-bed purpose-built nursing home with a Gold Standards Framework in place. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will provide leadership to all staff to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including the Commission for Social Care Inspection for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety.
- Be responsible for the care of residents 24 hours a day.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven management experience in a similar environment.
- A relevant qualification (RGN or RMN).
- The legal right to work in the UK.
