Senior Account Handler

Liberty Towers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Handler to join their team. As a boutique insurance consultancy, they provide high-quality, bespoke services to businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and renewal cycles are efficiently managed. They will also administer all aspects of client policies, including onboarding and renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and renewal cycles are efficiently managed.
  • Policy Administration: Administer all aspects of client policies, including onboarding and renewals.
  • Risk Assessment: Craft and implement customised strategies for clients' insurance and risk management needs.
  • Insurer Liaison: Act as the primary contact for insurers, negotiating optimal terms, coverage, and premiums on behalf of clients.
  • Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely communication and resolution with insurers.
About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler in the insurance sector, ideally 3-4+ years. They will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, as well as a detail-oriented approach to exceeding client expectations.
