Position Title: Live Sports Campaign Coordinator

Location: London - Hybrid

Compensation: £150 - £200 per day PAYE

Contract Length: 6 months

Position Summary:

The role of the Live Sports Campaign Coordinator (LSCC) is pivotal in realizing this vision, particularly as we broaden our live sports advertising initiatives across Europe. In this capacity, you will oversee live sports advertising projects, ensuring their flawless execution and impactful delivery for our clients. This position requires extensive collaboration with various internal teams and clients, making it ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an outstanding experience for both end-users and clients.
  • Drive the opportunity pipeline and outcomes for live sports initiatives, focusing on key accounts.
  • Oversee the project management of sold initiatives, collaborating with Creative Campaign Managers, Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Account Management teams.
  • Manage campaign execution and present key performance metrics and outcomes to clients.
  • Provide clients with strategic marketing insights utilizing historical and industry data.
  • Plan and conduct sessions to educate clients and enhance the quality of their assets.
  • Address challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
  • Establish and standardize creative and operational best practices to enhance campaign performance.
  • Apply best practices to offer actionable recommendations based on shared customer objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in digital media or marketing.
  • Interest in upper funnel branded executions for scalable clients.
  • Experience in digital advertising with a solid understanding of ad specifications, file formats, and technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical and operational capabilities.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
