Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sports Statistician to join our global team. As a Sports Statistician, you will be responsible for collecting and reporting live sports data from various events and venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and report live sports data from events and venues
  • Participate in training and testing programs to ensure proficiency in data collection software
  • Attend sporting events in your area and report live action back to our team
  • Meet regular deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data collection and reporting

Requirements

  • Clear and understandable spoken English
  • Reliability, commitment, organization, and honesty
  • Good knowledge of sports rules, laws, and jargon
  • Regular availability on weekends and weekday evenings
  • Willingness to travel to sports venues (driver's license or travel card is an advantage)
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology
