Invicro, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Production PET Radiochemist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Clinical Chemistry department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production of PET radiopharmaceuticals to GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate automated radiochemistry/dispensing equipment and complete production-related documentation.
- Develop and implement new radiotracers at Invicro.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant procedures and policies.
- Monitor and maintain lab stocks of chemicals, consumables, and spare parts.
- Author and review simple procedures and other documents.
- Operate to approved quality standards and record production quality-related actions.
- Perform self-inspections and identify gaps for process improvements.
- Maintain equipment to reduce batch failures and downtime.
- Troubleshoot simple fixes for laboratory instruments and liaise with internal support teams or service engineers.
- Education to a degree level in a related scientific discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in Radiochemistry or related disciplines.
- Demonstrable knowledge of GMP, validation, and relevant regulations.
- Knowledge and experience in HPLC, preferably including method development.
- Validation experience, including laboratory equipment and process validation.
- Some experience of computer programming and automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, be well-organized, and work under pressure.
