Strategic Development:
Working closely with the Lead Commercial Marketing Manager, Head of Brand and Communications, and the Business Unit Director, this role significantly contributes to the marketing strategy to align with broader business objectives.
Responsible for managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and identifying new revenue opportunities.Develop and synchronize quarterly marketing plans with key strategic partners.
Support quarterly business reviews by asking insightful questions, implementing feedback, and developing aligned strategies.
Take charge of marketing finances, ensuring activities and events deliver optimal value and return on investment.
This position reports to the Head of Brand & Communications, with a dotted line to the Business Unit Director.
Build strong relationships with sales and technical teams, as well as corporate stakeholders.Understand vendor and customer needs to propose creative campaigns and activities that support their objectives.
Collaborate with creative team members to execute campaigns effectively.Project Management & Campaign Execution:
Utilize extensive digital marketing experience to design and implement impactful campaigns.
Create relevant materials and content for both internal and external use, such as case studies, battle cards, whitepapers, and data sheets.
Establish key performance indicators for all proposed marketing campaigns and activities that align with customer, vendor, and business objectives, in addition to internal metrics.
Employ a data-driven approach, integrating feedback and insights for continuous improvement.4+ years of experience in vendor/distributor/reseller marketing.
~ Familiarity with the networking or IT industry.
~ Experience in account-based marketing and customer profiling.
~ Some experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership to support team members.
~ Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
~ Experience in launching vendors, brands, or products into new markets.
~ Proficiency in marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot.
Knowledge of web optimization techniques (PPC/SEO).
Additional language skills are not mandatory but are highly valued (French, German, Swedish).
