About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team at the7stars. As a key member of our Analytics & Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement econometric models to drive incremental growth for our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute media experiments and tests
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport with clients
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain technical skills in scripting languages such as R, Python, and SQL
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing effectiveness or analytics roles, either client-side or in a specialist consultancy
  • Expertise in econometrics, forecasting, and investment planning and optimization
  • Excellent data visualization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to teach and be taught, with a solutions-first mindset
  • Strong understanding of the marketing planning and media planning process
