About the Role

the7stars is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Analytics & Effectiveness team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to design, coordinate, and deliver effectiveness initiatives that drive marketing-driven profit growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement econometric models to drive incremental growth for clients
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve their goals
  • Design and execute media experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform investment planning and optimization decisions
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing effectiveness or analytics roles, either client-side, in specialist consultancy, or with a media agency
  • Expertise in econometrics, forecasting, investment planning, and optimization
  • Strong data visualization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a universally accessible manner
  • Experience managing multiple cross-discipline projects and prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment
