About the Role
MW Appointments is partnering with a leading Lloyd's Broker to find an experienced Contingency Claims Specialist to join their growing team in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional service to clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage new claims instructions and ongoing cases according to established procedures.
- Accurately register new Contingency claims and maintain up-to-date records.
- Handle claims and correspondence for delegated authority cases effectively.
- Ensure timely submission of client claim documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved in the claims process.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar Claims role within the insurance industry.
- Hands-on experience handling Contingency claims, particularly within a client-facing capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Familiarity with London Insurance market IT platforms.
Desirable Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A strong work ethic, resilience, and a proactive approach.
- Progress towards CII qualifications is highly advantageous.
