{"About the Role": "As a seasoned Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading the kitchen team and managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. Your expertise in high-volume restaurant and conference settings will be invaluable in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage kitchen operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost-effective environment
* Maintain clear communication between the kitchen and Front of House staff
* Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards, working with branded menus to enhance guest satisfaction
* Adhere strictly to food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations as per HACCP and EHO directives

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven track record as a Sous Chef with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a kitchen team
* Successful experience in kitchen management, including overseeing operations, staff management, and achieving culinary excellence
* High attention to detail, especially in maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency
