About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in delivering a brand-led menu, ensuring high food standards and managing food and payroll costs.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, guiding them to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they are aligned with the company's brand and quality standards.
