Hospitality Team Leader

Salary: 29,640 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage control systems as directed by your supervisor, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Deliver hospitality food and service that meets client expectations, aligning with our brand standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive briefings for staff on event details, emphasizing food service standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure professional and timely service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients on-site.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Regulations, Hygiene Standards, and Fire Policies, reporting any hazards to management.
  • Oversee room setups according to event specifications on a daily basis.
