TalentTrade Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled SharePoint Solutions Architect to enhance the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of a comprehensive SharePoint framework across the organization. This role is pivotal in establishing a centralized communication platform that serves as a reliable source of shared information, thereby fostering improved collaboration, document management, and streamlined business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee, design, and enhance a company-wide SharePoint Intranet and related sites.
- Develop SharePoint site structures that empower teams to manage and create their own content.
- Administer site collections, ensuring compliance with security protocols and integrating SharePoint with other applications.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and craft effective SharePoint solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Investigate opportunities to leverage Microsoft Power Platform to optimize and automate business workflows.
- Manage SharePoint permissions, access controls, and new user onboarding.
- Promote SharePoint usage among employees, establishing and nurturing best practices.
- Design and maintain a Document Management System template applicable across various SharePoint sites, facilitating the digital lifecycle of documents from creation to archiving.
- Architect SharePoint site structures, including collections, lists, libraries, and content types that cater to the needs of the organization.
- Provide guidance on SharePoint utilization to support organizational initiatives.
- Deliver technical support to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring optimal SharePoint performance.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create and deliver training materials that assist users in navigating SharePoint effectively.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, data protection laws, and industry standards in all SharePoint-related activities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices, making recommendations for ongoing improvements and seeking opportunities to expand knowledge of Microsoft 365 innovations.
- Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Online administrator with a robust portfolio of successful SharePoint implementations, ideally within a large-scale organization.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint Online architecture, and Microsoft Power Automate capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid knowledge of core security principles and practices within SharePoint Online.
- Experience with PowerShell and PnP PowerShell scripting, including the development of custom scripts to automate tasks across Microsoft 365 services.
