Job Summary:

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team in Spalding. As a key member of our Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
  • Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
  • Comply with all internal and external audits.
  • Share information and best practices with colleagues.
  • Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects.
  • Working knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
  • Business development skills.
  • IT literacy and willingness to pioneer system development.
  • Experience in building relationships with clients and professionals.
