We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining compliance and quality within all aspects of Health and Safety across the resort.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Health and Safety Director in formulating, developing, monitoring and implementing Health and Safety policies, systems, procedures and standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Health and Safety management system, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on Health and Safety procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a culture of safety and compliance throughout the resort.
- NEBOSH qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Health and Safety Management function.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective Health and Safety management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
