We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Careers. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining compliance and quality within all aspects of Health and Safety across the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Health and Safety Director in formulating, developing, monitoring and implementing Health and Safety policies, systems, procedures and standards.
- Drive and maintain compliance and quality within all aspects of Health and Safety across the resort.
- Report, audit and analyse Health and Safety incidents and near misses.
- Provide guidance and training to the wider management team on Health and Safety best practice.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Health and Safety Manager.
- Data-driven approach to Health and Safety management.
- Ability to provide guidance and training to others.
