We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining compliance and quality within all aspects of Health and Safety across the resort.

About the Role

The Health and Safety Manager will support the Health and Safety Director in formulating, developing, monitoring and implementing Health and Safety policies, systems, procedures and standards. You will be an experienced Health and Safety Manager with a strong background in hazard analysis and a proven track record of working in high-risk environments, ideally a theme park setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Health and Safety policies, procedures and standards
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on Health and Safety best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure Health and Safety is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Monitor and report on Health and Safety performance and incidents

Requirements

  • NEBOSH qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Health and Safety Management function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
