Project Management Assessor/Tutor Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Assessor/Tutor to join our team at Resourcing Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned Training Provider in the Apprenticeships and Training Sector, delivering high-quality content to thousands of learners.

About the Role
  • Deliver APM L4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeships and Short Courses to Commercial Partners
  • Support learners to achieve Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy
  • Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences
  • Manage a caseload of learners, supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship
  • Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
  • Support, advise and motivate learners
  • Develop a professional 'mentor' relationship with learners, giving appropriate information, advice and guidance
Requirements
  • Hold or willing to work towards an Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)
  • Hold a Project Management related qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar)
  • Have solid occupational competency in Project Management, with a minimum of 3 years proven experience
  • Confident with Maths, English and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving results and improving performance
  • Promote and model the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and trust
