The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Claims Advocate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting healthcare clients through complex claims processes, advocating for their best interests and ensuring positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients navigating medical negligence and liability claims.
  • Develop and implement effective claim strategies, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of legal protocols and contract conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for risk mitigation and improvement within healthcare organizations.
  • Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and thought leadership within the healthcare claims space.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven experience in handling medical negligence and liability claims.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to lead and influence stakeholders in claim meetings and negotiations.
