In the role of Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing and enhancing strategies, methodologies, and operational practices for the project team.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Effectively managing project portfolios and schedules.
  • Creating detailed project solution documentation.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and adjusting project objectives as necessary.
  • Managing changes to project scope through efficient change control processes.
  • Providing assistance to team members as needed to guarantee project success.
  • Ensuring timely and effective compliance with deadlines.
  • Mentoring and supporting project personnel, including external contributors and contractors.
  • Complying with WB Power Services Ltd ISO9001/14001/ISO 45001 policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in construction, utilities, or mechanical sectors.
  • Expertise in leading teams with varied technical skills and levels of experience.
  • Preferably, prior exposure to mechanical settings.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with a readiness to learn our ERP system.
  • The capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • A talent for engaging with clients across diverse industries.
