Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

GSL Education is seeking a dynamic and proactive Secondary Education Professional to work in schools in various locations. As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for stepping into different classrooms, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and maintaining a positive and effective learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure that students remain focused and on task.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Assess and provide feedback on student progress as required.
  • Collaborate with permanent teaching staff to ensure continuity in learning and adherence to school policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in secondary education.
  • Versatility and the ability to teach across various subjects and year groups.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
