We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail, to join our Health and Employee Benefits division. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues from our Consumer and Employee Benefit teams both in the UK and globally to deliver impactful communications that keep our employees engaged and informed about our business developments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and methodically in a fast-paced communications environment. We are looking for someone who can shape our internal communications strategy and implement best practices, while also managing campaigns and adhering to project timelines.

This role promises variety, as our business is dynamic with numerous new initiatives and developments. We aim for our internal communications to keep our employees informed and excited about the ongoing changes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, managing, and executing all facets of the internal communications strategy.
  • Leading the internal communications efforts for our UK business integration project.
  • Planning and executing internal communications for various projects, including Town Halls, newsletters, and large-scale employee events.
  • Creating innovative campaigns to engage colleagues across the organization, alongside hands-on tactical delivery such as writing posts and designing intranet content.
  • Facilitating change by crafting engaging communications that inform employees about key initiatives and their implications.
  • Developing tailored messaging for diverse audiences and utilizing the most effective channels to enhance engagement.
  • Producing videos, graphics, and other engaging content formats.
  • Training and empowering internal teams and Line Managers to deliver high-quality communications within their areas.
  • Overseeing internal communication channels such as intranet, email, and in-office advertising.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to create content and presentations for town halls and departmental communications.
  • Managing the annual communications plan and engagement processes, including employee data management.
  • Employing appropriate metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of communications for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar internal communications role, with strong copywriting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel internal communications campaigns, with mechanisms to track and analyze responses and ROI.
  • Background in simplifying complex information to create measurable responses.
  • Familiarity with communication software such as Marketing Cloud and project management tools is advantageous.
