About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the company's internal and external communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Communications Strategy

Lead the development and execution of the company's corporate communications strategy, focusing on internal and external communications efforts.

Manage Internal Communications

Oversee the management of internal communications, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of news and updates to the global workforce.

Partner with Senior Stakeholders

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver key internal events, including virtual and in-person events for the leadership team and global workforce.

Crisis Communication

Oversee the management of crisis communication, working closely with external agencies and briefing regional communication teams on all corporate PR and crisis-related matters.

Media Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with international retail media to secure high-quality coverage, particularly during key moments throughout the year.

Content Creation

Develop and create engaging content, including press releases, key messages, and brochures, to support the company's communications efforts.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of communications professionals to execute the company's communications strategy.

Requirements
  • Experience in Corporate Communications

Extensive experience in corporate PR and B2B communications within a large, international or Pan-European organisation.

Strong Writing and Editing Skills

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.

Leadership Experience

Leadership experience, including managing a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
