The Private Client Advice (PCA) division focuses on assessing client objectives, risk tolerance, current investment methodologies, and frameworks to provide appropriate asset allocation and benchmark suggestions. This group delivers regulated financial planning guidance concerning pension transfers, bond liquidations, investment taxation, Inheritance Tax considerations, and Lifetime Allowance strategies.
As a PCA Associate, your role will involve assisting team members, Analysts, Tied Agents, and Investment Counsellors in delivering regulated and appropriate advice to both potential and current clients of Fisher Investments Europe. You will develop skills to utilize data and insights to inform your recommendations. Reporting to your Team Leader, you will receive support in your professional growth and job training.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Draft and organize written proposals by gathering client data, utilizing information from external vendors, and performing analyses based on existing assets while executing portfolio simulations.
- Conduct tax wrapper evaluations for bond liquidations, gather essential information from pension and investment bond providers, and prepare necessary transfer or liquidation documentation.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless case transitions.
- Engage in various group projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Employ MS Access, Word, Excel (executing complex functions), and Adobe to tailor proposals and generate comprehensive reports.
Qualifications:
- A University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with financial planning and investment principles or relevant industry certifications is preferred.
- Ability to produce high-quality work within specified timelines.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, collaborative environment to support substantial output.
