We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Criminal Justice Recovery Specialist to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by substance misuse and criminal justice issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to support service users in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and external agencies to ensure seamless support and referral.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote carer, service user, and community involvement in the recovery process.
  • Provide advocacy and support to access partnership services, ensuring service users receive the necessary resources and support.
  • Deliver motivational interviewing and substance awareness sessions to promote positive change and recovery.
  • Work closely with service users to support social reintegration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and/or experience working within a similar field. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good IT skills and the ability to work independently.
