About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Duty Manager - Store Operations Lead. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve sales and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Leadership: Lead the store in the absence of the Operations Manager, ensuring that all store routines are completed and that the store is trading legally and safely.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers' needs are met and that they receive the best possible experience in our store.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of colleagues, providing day-to-day supervision, motivation, and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales and cost targets.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work with the store leadership team to ensure that the store operates effectively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales and reduce costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety obligations are met, reporting any defects, risks, or potential hazards to the Operations Manager.

We are looking for an individual with experience in running a fast-paced customer-facing environment, who is highly organized and able to inspire and lead a team. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience in our store.
