Job Overview

As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for producing monthly management information and variance analysis, business partnering to identify cost saving solutions, balance sheet reconciliations, improving systems and processes, providing weekly reports used to influence business decisions, budgeting & forecasting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
  • Design and implement new financial systems and processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, including weekly reports to inform business decisions
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or working towards
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and VBA is desirable but not essential
