Data Analyst Opportunity

Chase & Holland is partnering with a successful market-leading organisation to recruit a dynamic Data Analyst. The successful candidate will contribute by providing actionable insights across the business, as well as giving real-time data to operational stakeholders to support their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, optimise, and maintain SQL queries to integrate data from multiple systems
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for various business functions
  • Collaborate with operational and financial stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms
  • Take ownership of data projects, from gathering requirements to delivering actionable insights
  • Work closely with the Finance Director to support strategic decision-making
  • Provide training and support to other team members on Power BI and data analysis best practices
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in query building and optimisation
  • Experience with Power BI, including report creation and data modelling
  • Familiarity with accounting and CRM systems, and understanding of how to integrate data from these platforms
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
