Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the development and implementation of our education strategy
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-quality teaching and learning programs
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our teaching and learning practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our teaching and learning programs
  • Provide guidance and support to academic staff to enhance their teaching and learning practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of education strategies
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
