Job Title: Supplier Quality Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier quality management systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers on quality management systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance, including quality metrics and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and supplier development.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
