Job Description

Gordon Murray Group is a leading luxury automotive brand dedicated to creating and manufacturing exceptional driving experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development and implementation of our Business Management System across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Management System: Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within the Gordon Murray Group, in accordance with internal business requirements and applicable external standards and regulations.
  • Create and Update Procedures: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes, procedures, and records, including creating and updating procedures, templates, and other related documents to ensure efficient compliance and adherence to best practices.
  • Internal Audits and Compliance: Plan, support, and conduct internal audits, and follow up on actions from internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support them in documenting and improving their processes, and monitor and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern and improvement.
  • Quality Culture and Training: Promote the quality and continuous improvement culture, and provide guidance and support to employees on quality-related matters, including training on quality processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related numerical discipline) or equivalent 2 years' + work experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Power BI), problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Experience: Experience of developing SQL database, Power BI, or experience developing technical tools used for data analysis would be highly valued. Automotive or technology industry background is a plus.
