The Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Delivery team, ensuring the smooth running of all deliveries. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing resources, planning, and specialist project activity to drive performance improvement. You'll work closely with our Trade Union partners to achieve our goals and coach your team to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of front-line colleagues to work efficiently and provide excellent service at the doorstep.
  • Manage resources and plan to ensure the smooth running of all deliveries.
  • Partner with Trade Union to drive performance improvement and achieve our goals.
  • Coach and develop your team to excel in their roles.
