Position Overview:

Markon Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineering and Integration Specialist to provide support to our NRO client, focusing on technical requirements and delivering analytical support to site customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact and backup to the Senior Systems Engineer for all corporate communications from client headquarters to respective sites.
  • Facilitate the integration of site-specific strategy development and execution across directorate components.
  • Update and maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Oversee the Change Management Process and ensure integration with site-specific needs.
  • Implement Control Gate decisions from customer headquarters.
  • Assist in gathering site-specific requirements and developing Requests for Change (RFCs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
  • Disseminate the process for site-specific user requirements.
  • Support analysis of site-specific requirements related to infrastructure sustainment to address operational needs and deficiencies.
  • Aid in the preparation of documentation regarding operational needs and site-specific shortfalls, communicating effectively with customer headquarters.
  • Assist in the collection, assessment, validation, and development of customers' Unfunded Requirements (UFRs).
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Headquarters Master Schedule.
  • Help identify site-specific risks and support the creation of component mitigation plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably with NRO experience.
