About the Role
The company is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist/Osteopath/Pilates Instructor to lead their busy service in Bristol. As a Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy treatment and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of physiotherapists and osteopaths in providing physiotherapy treatment to clients
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including scheduling and patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Contribute to the development of the company's physiotherapy services
Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist/Osteopath/Pilates Instructor with a strong background in reformer Pilates
- Experience in leading a team and managing day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
