About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our community health and care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients, including GP surgeries and community health clinics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in physiotherapy, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services, including service design, quality improvement, and education.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in MSK physiotherapy, with a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly across specialities as needed, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
